BROWN & WHITE DOG (58669)

Scruffy here tried to keep us from publishing this photo of him.  He said that it makes him look like he has one eye right in the middle of his forehead. Unfortunately, he may be right, but it’s the only photo we have. We could take more pictures if he would just sit down for a moment instead of bouncing all over the place. BLACK & WHITE CAT (58670)

This is Purrcilla but they call her “Silly” for short. Silly loves to curl up on your lap... and if your lap is not available, she will meow at you until you sit down and make a lap. She also likes to tear newspapers into long paper strips that she can chase around the floor. WHITE POODLE (58671)

Flea-fe is a show dog. No, she hasn’t won any awards, but that’s because she hasn’t entered any contests.  By ‘show dog’ we mean that Flea-fe loves the movies. More than that, she loves going to the movie theater where she’s always on her best behavior. She would probably enjoy going to live performances at the Playhouse too, but after her first experience at one we woudn’t want to repeat the disaster. Daphne is a Calico Cat. She considers herself to also be a certified DSC (Domestic Show Cat) though we have never seen any documents confirming this. But it doesn’t matter. Daphne is very pretty. DONKEY (58672)

Hee Haw is a Donkey and proud of it! But he doesn’t get angry when people mistake him for a ‘funny looking horse.’ He just smiles and agrees with them. He is secretly happy to not be a horse because he doesn’t like to chase balls and dig up bones... and he hates the canned food! Perhaps he has horses mixed up with something else? Roary the Lion is really just a big house cat and all we wants to do is to sit on your lap while you watch television and purr. Unfortunately, while Roary is just a little kitten right now, when he grows up he could weigh as much as 500 lbs. making watching TV with him on your lap quite uncomfortable. And then there’s that purr of his. We don’t call him ‘Roary’ for nothing. MONKEY (58677)

Capuchin monkeys like Montgomery here, are generally very enterprising when it comes to obtaining food and they often venture out of the trees to hunt crabs, clams, and other small animals in the swamps.  They also hunt large insects and collect birds eggs in the trees in addition to eating leaves and fruit.  During the rainy season when mosquitoes bother them, capuchins rub their fur with crushed millipedes that produce a chemical insect repellent. Trapper Mouse comes from a very old and respectable family of mice.  He even claims to have Pilgrim relatives that came over to America in the storage hold of the Mayflower. Trapper studied hard in school where he developed an interest in the sciences. With a degree in genetics from the Mousachusetts Institute of Technology, it's Trapper's dream to supervise a vast laboratory where humans can be put in mazes and studied for the great benefit of mousekind.
